About the Event
Immerse your body in sacred sound and breathe in more energy. In this class you will learn a different breathing tecnique and receive vibrational sounds to melt away stress. As you relax and open your heart your body will naturally let go of of everything that is not the highest vibration for your well-being.
Breath-work is a body-centered, self-healing modality where a specific breathing technique is practiced to increase self awareness and clear energetic blocks. Conscious Breathing increases oxygen and life force energy helping individuals restore balance mentally, emotionally, and physically.
Sound Healing : A Sonic atmosphere is created by a musician using instruments such as didgeridoo, crystal bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. The vibration from the sounds created transport individuals to deep states of meditation creating deep relaxation and the release of stress.
Sula DePaula is a seasoned Breath-work and Energy-work Practitioner/Trainer. She has over twenty years of experience in the Holistic Healing Arts. Sula created and instituted a Holistic Program at Mandala Healing Center and produced a Breath-work CD called A Breath of Consciousness. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Yoga Instructor, Breath-work Coach, Access Consciousness™ Body and Access Bars® Facilitator.
Philip, also known as PC Davidoff, is an accomplished musician in the Healing Arts. He has created and engineered 15 CDs of meditative, soulful sound-scapes. Philip is a Certified teacher of Yoga & Qigong.
He specializes in vibrational healing sessions using didgeridoo, crystal bowls, gongs, and tuning forks.
